The Menlo House was built in 1896 and is a Nationally Registered Historic Building. This posed several challenges for our team; beginning with no exterior structural changes allowed by the historic overlay commission. Purchased at auction, our team got to work and completely renovated, stabilized, and rented to the USC Trojan Knights, a men's honorary organization on campus.
