Uptime Monitoring and Automation

This is CloudCover’s lowest level of cloud monitoring. Utilizing a proprietary management platform, we passively monitor servers on your cloud and local data centers to ensure up-time and accelerate fault detection. Thresholds and triggers are customized and tweaked for your specific use cases, scaling points both upwards and downwards are also indicated.

If applicable, appropriate fault management and scaling scripts will also be automated providing a self-healing, self-maintaining system. Issues can be raised directly with CloudCover.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

  • Monitoring - 24 × 7 × 365 (automatic)
  • Fault reporting - Within 5 minutes
  • Issue Response - Within 8 hours

Active Monitoring and Issue Management

CloudCover offers dedicated server monitoring and issue management for cloud servers. We offer active monitoring of your servers by highly trained and Amazon certified engineers, architects and administrators. Assigned administrators manage your cloud personally with deep understanding of your systems and the backing of our proprietary management and monitoring platform. Constant optimization guarantees the lowest cost and most efficient utilization of your cloud infrastructure. Risk mitigation and security reviews ensure the most reliable and fault tolerant systems.

Active Monitoring is offered in 2 flavors:

12 hours *7 days a week

AND

24x7x365 Active Monitoring

  • Issue Detection within 5 minutes
  • Issue Automated Notification within 30 seconds (via email)
  • Issue Response within 30 minutes
  • Issue Resolution within 3-6 hours (depending on complexity of issue)*

*RCA will require additional time based on the level of severity of the issue(s).

Complete Infrastructure Management

CloudCover offers a completely managed infrastructure solution. We effectively become your IT administration and operations arm and take care of everything associated with the company’s cloud presence. We manage all servers, services, networking, security, upgrades and maintenance transparently.

CloudCover will build additional tools (and provide you with a perpetual license for the same) to manage and maintain your unique infrastructure. Our team of software engineers and cloud specialists will tweak your network, optimize your servers and recommend new architectural improvements to better leverage the cloud. Complete management is only offered as a fully managed 24 × 7 × 365 service. It is usually priced as either a negotiated lump sum per month or a percentage of the total Cloud Hosting cost.
