Jim Osterling, the owner and founder of Bridge has over 35 years of real estate development, finance and management experience which is utilized to execute the development plan for a variety of projects. Their experience has been gained as top executives for several nationally prominent real estate owners and developers, as a consultant and investments banker to the real estate industry, and as real estate investment fund manager. As a principal and as an advisor, he has closed on real estate acquisitions, sales and overseen the development of properties with a combined development value in excess of $5 billion in numerous property types including residential land development, home building, as well as income producing properties including office, hotel, retail, industrial, apartment, self-storage, golf courses and aviation. Because of the depth and breadth of its experience, Bridge is able to add value to a wide variety of property categories; not only through procurement of capital but also by hands on involvement in the acquisition and development of real estate properties that make the project more attractive to the capital markets and more profitable. These insights are gained by rigorous due diligence and pre-underwriting all projects before committing to an acquisition.
Hunter S. Simmons
Analyst & Project Manager
Hunter Simmons is an analyst and project manager with responsibilities that include preparing proformas and financial analysis, conducting due diligence and transaction documentation as well as conducting market research and analysis on real estate development and site selection. Mr. Simmons past experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst Intern at Eastdil Secured. At Eastdil Secured Mr. Simmons assisted various associates by preparing research and text to be imputed into the latest offering memorandums as well as using various Microsoft Excel functions to compute analytics for deal teams. Mr. Simmons analyzed office, retail and industrial leases and executed lease abstracts in time crunches for deal teams. Mr. Simmons was also a Financial Analyst Intern at Bridge Financial Advisors, LLC prior to being hired full time. Mr. Simmons received his Bachelors of Arts & Science .degree from the Sol Price School of Public Policy, Planning & Development at the University of Southern California in 2014. Mr. Simmons graduated from Loyola High School in Los Angeles in 2009. Mr. Simmons is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and was a fullback on the USC Football Team from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Simmons was a member of the United States National Rugby Team in 2008.
